If you are new to Pittsburgh, what should you do at home to take care of yourself?
You should:
- Relax and keep calm
- Make a routine
- Keep away from negative people
- Do positive things that make you happy
- Workout--walk
- Eat healthy
- Talk to friends, family, co-workers and possibly your supervisor
- Talk to teachers, classmates and caseworkers
- Explore Pittsburgh and find new places to visit
- Find restaurants or places to meet with people from your country
- Make new friends
- Create something! (drawing, painting, writing, pottery)
- Use your days off from work to have fun!

- Classmates
- Teachers
- People from your country in Pittsburgh
- People at the library in your neighborhood (to help you find things to do more hobbies)
- You can talk with people at your church, temple, mosque

- What places do you recommend to relax with friends and listen to live music?
